It seems that any local Liberal Democrat calls for electoral reform should perhaps start with their own internal ballots. Whoops!

But surely it’s Royal Mail who deliver the ballot papers, not the Lib Dems?

They knew a significant chunk of the electorate were completely disenfranchised, and carried on with the election anyway… more than a little shambolic.
