		<description>Naturally I concur with the idea of less tax for the poor and think the removal of the 10p level is a mistake. However it would be refreshingly honest of you to admit that most of those in the pay range indicated will not be worse off because of various balancing changes. Let's hope single workers on low to moderate pay and women pensioners (the truly affected groups) are compensated before long.

Unlike you shadow chancellor you have not said anything which is not true. But you have manage to deceive nonetheless.</description>
