Looks like some folks in Pendle have taken the Halloween theme pretty seriously this year - that Ken Barlow mask is the scariest one I&#039;ve seen yet.

I was speaking to another supporter of Andy Stephenson over the weekend, who also appeared to have high hopes for him.  Stop me if I&#039;m wrong, but weren&#039;t the Liberals second there at the last election?  Of course, that&#039;s not to say minibus of Salford Lib Dems won&#039;t be going up to support the Tory candidate at your request!
