Rejoice, rejoice! The Salford Labour Party website has been updated. It’s only taken 148 days for Labour webmaster Councillor John Mullen to post an update. Well done John.
I’m not particularly bothered about attending Labour Party branch events, but for those who are Councillor Mullen has very kindly provided details of a bingo event which took place, um, last week. More importantly, there’s information for residents in the Langworthy area about when to pretend they aren’t at home:

No point anyone from Langworthy turning up Labour wont listen thats why they elected a Lib Dem last May.
Hazel is staring in my new “panto” so no doubt she will be busy doing that, tap dancing and motorbikes appear to be the order of the day not those who elected here how foolish to think she might put in an appearance.

well its high tome there was a Lib Dem Focus or any other party, nothing since May we are becoming cynical and might have to consider more independants if the opposition doesn’t do more to stop the rot
