Sadly as you know we hear nothing unless you Blog It and I'm sure "Life IN" wont assist if its been passed. What that rag will do is increase our recycling targets, but on the other hand it never gets delivered to the areas where there are opposition councillors, I have not seen a copy for over 3 years.
