I was delighted to read in today’s Manchester Evening News that Salford Royal (Hope) Hospital has received a “double-excellent” rating in their annual healthcheck.
Well done to all the staff there for their hard work – it just puts into even more perspective the diabolical decision of the Labour Government to close the Maternity and Neo-Natal Units at the hospital.
Unfortunately Salford PCT has seen their ratings slip this year and it will be interesting to read in more depth as to why this has happened.
