		<description>It could be argued that, as a new company, they need to raise awareness of the brand locally. I, for one, wonder why an inordinate amount of money has been spent ditching a young company and starting another to maintain the local public housing stock. Why didn&#039;t they go straight to City West? Or am I being naive?</description>

I see City West have taken a large billboard in central Walkden (and, no doubt, elsewhere too) to proclaim the merits of their - no doubt - fine organisation.  

What&#039;s puzzling me is, well, what&#039;s the point?  Why exactly are they investing their money in this way?  Are they hoping to attract more &#039;customers&#039;?</description>
