There’s just a few days left to make comment on the Council’s Core Strategy planning documentation.
It’s really important that local residents have their say on the plans, and even more important following the Government’s publication of the revised National Planning Policy Framework this week. The new NPPF makes the importance of local plans clear, so it is vital that the Council’s Core Strategy gets it right. Unfortunately, from Burgess Farm to an overabundance of apartments and a failure to plan for infrastructure and public services, Labour’s plan is flawed.
The deadline for comments is Monday 2nd April at 4.30pm. You can find out how to respond on the Council website. Make sure that you have your say!
