Vote UKIP – Get Labour!

We’ve known for a long time that local elections in Walkden South are a clear choice between local Conservatives and the Labour Party. The same goes for Parliamentary elections here in the Worsley & Eccles South constituency.

A vote for a fringe party just lets Labour back in, and that’s not in Walkden’s interest either in the Commons or the Council Chamber. This week’s news that St George’s may close after all is a stark reminder of how little the Salford Labour Party listen to local residents in Walkden and the surrounding area.

Last week, UKIP made that choice even clearer – they’d seek to back a Labour Government. A vote for UKIP just helps Labour. Don’t take my word for it, just ask Nigel Farage himself!

The only way to keep Labour out in Walkden and Salford is to vote for your hard-working local Conservatives.

  • I understand your sentiment entirely.

However, if it means that we have a landslide victory in favour of Labour at the local elections then that is a small price to pay to persuades Cameron either to resign, best case scenario, or to give the electorate of this once great country an in/out referendum, as promised before he was elected, then that is a price well worth paying.

I feel so very genuinely sorry for the Tory councillors who will, quite frankly inevitably, lose their seats but it has to happen.
Cameron is sleepwalking into election disaster at the next general election if he does. not offer a referendum BEFORE the next general, he lied to the country last time around and cannot be trusted to tell the truth on the hated EU. o
Our party will be out of office for a generation and that is a frightening concept to understand, but if Cameron doesn’t move to the right from his left of centre views then we will get all that we deserve.
